GENERAL RULES
1. A tractor may pull only once in each class. Pull promoter
decides the number of classes each tractor may pull in
excess of two.
2. Pullers younger than the age of 18 must have written
permission by their parents / guardians.
3. Pullers must be a minimum 10 years of age for the Stock
Antique Class and minimum of 12 years old for the Super
Antique Class.
4. All pullers between the ages of 10 -12 years old must have
a kill switch on a tether with a parent or guardian walking
along side the tractor.
5. Drivers must stay on the seat of the tractor at all times.
Hands must be on the steering wheel, hand brakes, hand clutch, or
throttle at all times during the pull.
6. Wheelie bars are required. The wheelie bar system must be
able to support the weight of the tractor in the heaviest class pulled.
Jacking up the pads so the tractor is the completely off the ground is a
good test of the strength of the system’s support ability and the Track
Official reserves the right to perform this test at his discretion.
7. Open air cleaner is permitted in all classes.
8. Fans maybe removed and replaced with electric fans in any class.
9. Any tractor or puller found to be unsafe or illegal may be
disqualified or barred from hooking
10. No use of alcoholic beverages will be permitted.
11. Any part falling of the tractor after being hooked and until the tractor is
unhooked will result in disqualification.
12. The tractor and sled must remain in bounds at all times. Out of bounds
will result in disqualification. No measurement will be taken after a
disqualification.
13. Gas, diesel or LP fuels only. No alcohol or nitrous oxide fuels or fuel
additives may be used in the tractors. All tractors are subject to random
fuel checks.
14. If a class is restarted for any reason, all tractors that are registered in
the class and that have already pulled will be allowed to repull.
15. All results will be interpreted by the Track officials. Any unforeseen
problems or oversights will be ruled on by the Track Officials with
their rulings being final.
16. Any tractor puller, crew member or participant found to be acting in a
unsportsmanlike manner will be disqualified and removed from the
track.
17. A protest may be filed by the 2nd or 3rd place pullers of that class. A
$25.00 fee will occur and the three top pullers will be inspected. The
protest must be filed before the start of the next class. Any one in the
class may protest any tractor in that class prior to starting the class.
Both the protested tractor and the protester’s tractor will be inspected.
A fee of $25.00 will also be charged.
18. Protest fees will not be refunded whether the person protested is illegal Stock Antique Class
or not.
1. Antique models - 1900 thru 1960; must have original serial #. Tractors
will be checked if in question.
2. Tractors must retain stock appearance.
3. One class entry per tractor. The Track Official decides the number of
classes each tractor may pull in excess of two.
4. Tractors must weigh within the limits of each class. No overweight
allowance.
*5. No altered tire cutting, trimming, etc. allowed.
6. Tire size - 18.4 thru 7500 class. Tire size - 24.5 8500 thru 16000
classes.
7. No dual wheels.
8. Gasoline, LP and diesel fuel tractors only; No nitrous , No alcohol.
9. RPM 10 % over stock, not to exceed 2000 RPM for any make or model.
10. Tractors must have working brakes.
11. No turbo or super charger unless factory equipped.
12. Use of factory TA and multi - power will be allowed one time only.
13. Puller under the age of 18 must have written permission from parent /
guardian.
14. No spectators allowed on the track, pullers and officials only.
*15. Add-on-weights allowed, but must be secured. Add-on-weights are not
to extend over 11’ from the centerline of the rear axle.
16. A pair of wheelie bars are required. (See General Rule #6)
17. A factory draw bar with clevis is required or a draw bar with 20”
maximum height to the top of the draw bar with minimum ¾” thickness.
18” minimum draw bar length from the center of the rear axle to the
back of the hole.
18. The draw bar must be stationary with no more than 1” movement.
19. No part of the draw bar can be touching the sled chain while pulling.
*20. No tractor will exceed 3 ½ mph. Two warnings will be issued. Pull will
be disqualified on third violation with no measurement recorded.
21. Drivers must remain seated during the pull with at least one hand on the
steering wheel.
22. The pull must start with a tight chain; No jerking of the sled; Rough
starts will be red flagged.
*23. Each puller has 2 attempts to pull pass the 20’ mark. The pull is
official after the 20’ mark.
24. Front wheels may not leave the ground more than 18” during the pull.
25. Excessive loss of liquid (steady or intermittent) discharged on the track
will be red-flagged.
*26. The pull will be red-flagged and measured at the spot the tractor runs
out of bounds if any part of the sled or tractor goes out of bounds.
27. The pull is over when forward motion of the sled is stopped or the red
flag is dropped.
28. Tractors must weigh after each pull and have their draw bars checked.
The driver is to stay on the tractor.
29. No reckless driving of tractors will be permitted on or off he track.
Track officials will disqualify any tractor driver for non-sportsmanship
conduct, intoxication or failure to stop when red flagged.
30. Rules are subject to revision at any time by Track Officials.
31. At all times the tractors, drivers and pulls will be governed by Track
Officials and Flagmen.
32. Entry fee will not be refunded if disqualified.
33. Track Official’s Rulings and Decisions are Final.
34. All General Rules apply.
35. Any tractor deemed unsafe by the Track Officials will NOT be allowed Super Antique Class
to pull.
* Indicates rules applying to Stock Antique Class Only.
1. Maximum RPM 3000.
2. Fans must be removed on engines over 3000 RPM.
3. Pull is automatically disqualified when boundaries are exceeded.
4. All tire sizes allowed.
5. Exhaust pipes must be straight.
6. Must have closed ring hitch with min. 3” ID and ¾ diameter. The tractor
must not obstruct chain or clevis.
7. Hitches must be a maximum 18” centerline of the axle and maximum 20”
high.
8. Must have working kill switch.
9. Tractors can pull in any gear. Rough starts will be red-flagged.
10. 75’ false start allowance.
11. Tractors not meeting specifications will not be permitted to pull.
12. Super Antique tractors can not pull in Stock Antique classes. Stock
Antique tractors can pull in Super Antique Classes.
13. Super Antique tractors are allowed to run the Hot Farm Class.
14. Wheelie bars are required - see General Rule #6 .
15. All Stock Antique ,Super Antique and General Rules Apply.
16. Any tractor deemed unsafe by the Track Officials will NOT be allowed to
pull.
Hot Farm Class
1. Roll cages or Factory ROPS are recommended, but not required until
2010.
2. Seatbelt required.
3. Any year model allowed.
4. Must have a pair of wheelie bars. See General Rule #6
5. Exhaust pipes must be straight.
6. Transmission wraps required.
7. Fans must be removed on engines over 3000 RPM.
8. Side shields are recommended.
9. Spring loaded hand throttles that will automatically return to idle speed
are required.
10. All tractors must have working brakes.
11. All size tires allowed. Cut tires are allowed.
12. Must have working kill switch.
13. Tractors can pull in any gear. Rough starts will be red-flagged.
14. Pull is automatically disqualified when boundaries are exceeded with
no distance recorded.
15. 75’ false start allowance.
16. Any tractor deemed unsafe by the Track Officials will NOT be allowed to
pull.
17. All weights must be secure - No Loose Weights.
18. All Stock Antique, Super Antique and General Rules Apply
Modern Farm Tractors
1. Antique tractors are allowed.
2. Maximum 2600 RPM.
3. Stock or Out-of-Field appearance.
4. No dual wheels / No 4x4
5. Must have original equipment.
6. Turbo Allowed.
7. Exhaust pipes must be straight.
8. Stock draw bar with clevis is allowed.
9. Modified draw bar must measure no more than 20” from the top of draw
bar, min. 18” long from the center of the axle, and ¾” thick.
10. May pull in any gear.
11. Must have working kill switch.
12. T/A’s, Multi Power and Power Shifts allowed but one shift only.
13. Pull is automatically disqualified when boundaries are exceeded.
14. Flagmen are in-charge of the track.
15. Rules are subject to revision at any time by Track Officials.
16. All Stock Antique, Super Antique and General Rules Apply.
17. Any tractor deemed unsafe by the Track Officials will NOT be allowed
to pull.
Farm Stock
1. Stock tractor any year as Factory Equipped.
2. Factory RPM maximum 2600 RPM
3. Factory draw bar no higher than 20” with clevis
4. No duels No 4x4
5. TA’s, multi power and power shifts allowed - one shift only
6. Factory weights and brackets only.
7. Must have working kill switch.
8. All other safety rules apply.
9. Any unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification.
10. Any tractor deemed unsafe by the Track Officials will NOT Be allowed to 1. Must be street legal truck 2. No open exhaust on V-8’s. 3. The hitch must have a minimum of a 3 inch opening. 4.
